Lol how to convince someone exactly the opposite of what you want
Man I do miss those haptics and adaptive triggers. They really do add a nice level of immersion.
But for PC, 8bitdo ultimate Bluetooth is the best controller IMO still overall.
Not the most optimized thing, as it’s still heavy on the CPU and I needed to use SpecialK to tighten the frame pacing with low latency, but seems to run pretty well overall on a 5600X and 3080. The cpu is definitely the more demanding part of it, what with DLSS etc. but the graphics would scale well to weaker GPUs for sure.
I also liked it supports DLAA and not just DLSS.
The benchmark is more demanding than the average play session.
Bringing the characters to life? Weird sell for Horizon heh
I wish this one time they would truly make a unique, different cover
Why the hell did they not launch with this…
Wow, it’s really becoming too crowded to set yourself apart these days when going for this genre. Any of these could be the best game ever but without a unique art style most won’t even try…
Thanks for the TL;DR!
Struggling to see the use case for this still. Outside of households with 1 TV maybe?
Or maybe a lot of people are actually using remote play on their phones and Sony knows there’s demand for this with a better device…
Sometimes people forget that Remedy is one of the best developers out there, competent in every way, graphics technology, storytelling and gameplay. I feel like they’re somehow underrated despite being well known. I guess while nobody would say they don’t have good quality output, maybe their stuff don’t hit as deep for most people.
Dropped ps+ a long time ago. If you don’t play MP, it’s really not needed despite all the supposed extra value - it’s all a waste in the end compared to buying whatever you wanna play on a sale or such.
