So, in a normal sentence, “it” always go with “has”, but when you have a sentence that starts with “Do / Does” then the sentence will always have “have”. Do/Does will change based on the (pro)noun used, but “have” part will always remain “have”. Hope that’s not too confusing, I am not very good at explaining the grammar stuff.
