Tesla engineers are limited in their pursuit of whatever weird shit Elon wants by pretty lose car safety standards. SpaceX has to comply with two governments, a dozen other companies, and hundreds of insurance companies safety standards.
You’ve heard of no true Scotsman, well that’s compared to me, the only true Scotsman. Everything I am is all things that are forever and not, therefore the fallacy isn’t.

SpaceX hasn’t killed anyone, incidentally it’s also the company musk has the least power over.
No, that’s my personal experience and prediction knowing how shit corporations are. Yeah, in an idealized world we’d all be w2 workers, but there also wouldn’t be homeless and there’s be easy to enter programs to make money if you are.
But until those programs are in place you’re risking the jobs of tens of thousands of people without other options. For no reason.
Given you need proof of residence, proof of registration and insurance, and a valid driver’s license (and valid itn or SSN) to do it, the article writer is either entirely making that part up, or the far right is correct in the absolute ridiculously improbably widespread unreported, unnoticed identity theft required for that to work.
The problem with that law is many that qualify to deliver now, wouldn’t if they were considered employees, and a lot of homeless/near homeless deliver instead of begging.
You just proved it’s a conspiracy, that it was tyranny and not a logical, well reasoned response to the actions of others.
Sure, the fact the US government spies on every single citizen without warrant or cause. The multiple CIA operations that overthrew various governments were conspiracy theories until they were proven.
Hell the existence of abu graihb and the idea the US military tortures and kills civilians was a conspiracy theory, until it was proven.
You want the real fucked up one… Stalin wasn’t crazy nor did he overreact with his actions against ‘enemies if the state’, the US genuinely did invest practically unlimited resources into trying to destabilize the ussr under Stalin, as supported by now declassified CIA documents, including recruiting from populations that aided nazi occupiers.
We’ve had that for nearly a century, it’s just state fair food because even Americans have standards.
Again with what actual authority? Only Congress can remove a president. The lie you were taught that there are checks and balances is observably false. The courts only have power if the executive lets them have power, otherwise there is nothing they can do.
Their orders require enforcement.
Arrest the bank president, hold them indefinitely without trial. Executive is the enforcement branch, they decide what actually gets done.
Andrew Jackson for one. But no, with immunity the act can be done and there’s not much anyone except Congress can do.
Except the court has upheld both qualified immunity and presidential absolute immunity; meaning Biden could order the executive to ignore the court as past presidents have done.
Die.
Hey don’t worry, you can always illegally camp as a hermit in some wild area and hope a compatible hermit comes along to start a family with you before you get shot by a park ranger.
It’s far more likely than owning a home the boomer way.
To your first point, yes. Some idiot twenty years ago said to a bunch of guidance counselors that software engineering would be a sure way to get money, so there’s way too many in the US; on top of this companies don’t want to pay even close to a living wage so they import H1Bs. Competition is ridiculous.
To your second point and exacerbating the first… Every company, practically, uses AI screening software, and before that just plain old applicant screening software. Your resume won’t get seen by a human unless you’re lucky enough to get through the layers of screening, so it’s an arms race to guess what they’re screening for and add that to your resume while not exaggerating too much so as to make the human after the screening process to not throw away your resume.
And at the end of this; especially in software but more and more in less specialized, less skilled positions, you have to still do 3+ interviews.
You mean portable GPS devices that have been around for a decade before smart phones?
It’s not ‘talk’ about it, it’s firsthand video of how evil the IDF is. It’s first hand accounts from Palestinians. It’s up to the minute updates, without filter or moderation.
Colour revolutions are bad by definition. The CIA is always bad, everything they have always done has been bad.
No you were right, cfpb is under the executive, he could have done this day one.
You cannot do violence against property.
