Hell, even if you can easily afford way more than that, you are still closer to the person who can only afford $2 of food a day than a billionaire.

Aren’t protein bars more expensive in the long run compared to beans, rice, lentils, etc. for eating on a budget? Also, don’t protein bars have a bunch of fiber in them too?
There’s only one grocery store in my city that bakes a specific type of bread from my home country. I make sure to buy 2 packs almost every week so they notice that they are being bought and don’t stop making them.
Based on what I’ve read, short term options are stuff like HYSAs and CDs.
Thank you so much for the very detailed information! This is honestly the best direct advice I’ve gotten that is understandable for someone like me who knows nothing about it. I will use this info as a starting point and re-allocate my funds accordingly.
I haven’t really followed her technicals specifically, but it seems to me like the usual referee problem in the NBA/WNBA. Refs are getting more ridiculous with calling technicals for the slightest expression of frustration, even if not directed at a specific person. The more popular you are though, you get some leeway. And if there’s a spotlight on some perceived bias specifically to her, I’m sure the refs will adjust and hold back accordingly.
Thanks. Here’s a screenshot of my options:

You can see where I randomly allocated each of the 25% of my investment. Is “Vanguard 500 Index - A” the same as the S&P fund that everyone is recommending? And should I just move everything there instead? I’m guessing I need to choose one of the 2nd and 3rd in the list for the international side so I’m not overly dependent on the US market?
I’m very much interested in what happens at the garlic festival.
There’s a caveat: That statement only applies to a house that’s designed to only have 2 viable doors.
They probably have that gene that makes their body odor not stink.
Corporate-speak especially on linkedin from the types of users who use it as an influencer platform. “Synergy” for example.
How much do you pay a month? We pay $50 and they don’t even mow the common areas regularly.
They download apps for all kinds of bullshit because all their friends and people they follow are on there. They won’t install a messaging app if none of the people they interact with are there. It’s not specific to messaging. I was able to convince my immediate family to move to Signal just for our family group chats. It’s not much but it’s a start.
Well technically you can avoid the socialization part (eat-and-run). As long as you can get to the food without having to talk to someone first, you should be good.
How dare you insult the prequels. lol. Seriously though, at least the prequels had a structured, coherent, and overarching story; unlike the sequels that were just a mess of three different movies.
Having to wait a day or more to download something. Today you can download a movie in seconds.
Having hand sanitizer in your everyday bag. I’ve been doing it way before the pandemic and it’s a quick and easy way to disinfect while you’re out and about and not near a restroom to wash your hands.
Want to get free food a couple of times a month? Just go on eventbrite and meetup and look up free events in your area. If you are in a relatively large city, chances are there are a ton of free events every week where you can just show up and get free food in exchange for a little socializing.
Subarus also have pretty good visibility because of how their boxer engines sit lower than other types of engines.
Tilda because you can roll it down from the top of your screen with one key press.
I use eufy as well. The only issue they recently had was that thumbnails were stored in their cloud if you chose to enable them on notifications. If you just select the text option, none of the footage is stored online and everything is local.
