I don’t disagree, but it’s so much easier to change environment: just logout and login with the new environment.
We judge ourselves by our intentions, but others by their actions

I understand where you’re coming from, but as a frequent user of vim I’d much rather have the additional line of text.
I mean as one small example we have a lot more renewable energy now than we did a few years ago. So I would say yes.
Thanks for this additional info. The “smallness” was something I was after with this phone, as well, but it definitely doesn’t feel as good in my hand as the s23. The pixel pro versions have some intriguing features, but they’re just too big for my liking.
I have tried that, and it does work sometimes. But sometimes it doesn’t and I still need to reboot.
Thanks for saving me the click
I don’t understand your logic. Why would climate change mean that nothing needs to be fixed?
I have a 6a and can’t wait to get rid of it. The cellular connections drops often and doesn’t reconnect without rebooting the phone, the GPS takes forerto figure out where I am making it very frustrating to use for navigation, and the fingerprint sensor doesn’t work great in the dark. Might give the s23 a shot next.
Iowa dropped out of the top 25 after that tough fair catch penalty
I was watching this in a bar with no wound and was so confused as to what was happening. No part of me thought that he was signalling for a fair catch, and by the response of the defense I don’t think any of them thought so, either. Such a huge call at that point in the game.
A friend of mine told me that when he worked at a grocery store as a teenager that he always liked being tasked with rounding up the grocery carts in the parking lot because he got to go outside and be by himself for a bit. I think about that a lot, but I also return my cart.
I really like your first sentence. Great take, thanks for sharing.
I’ve been using “Simple Markdown” when I don’t want to fire up Obsidian and it’s filled that gap well for me. It’s the one from William P. Brawner and it’s pretty stylistically neutral so might not fit your Material You vibe, but looks are subjective so who knows.
Similar, and I also just checked the bands’ websites on occasion to see if they’re touring
I’ve got that app too and just tried but it didn’t recognize my lemmy instance. It does work with my mastodon and pixelfed accounts.
Isn’t that essentially the same wrinkle that was mentioned in the article with the Napster reference and the movie and music industries banding together?
In soviet Russia…
I don’t understand this sentiment. I read and enjoyed the books and also watched the Chinese series on YouTube, and while I think the Chinese production was decent I’m definitely interested to see what Netflix can do with [what I assume to be] a bigger budget as there is definitely room for improvement.
