They did a lot for pc gaming and I like them, but they really should lower the % cut imho.

Oh, I should have mentioned I never used macOS. The laptop went straight to Linux, so I can’t comment on the habbits.
Now, Fedora Asahi is stable and perfectly fine as a daily driver as long as you don’t need the the microphone and thunderbolt.
Installation is super easy. Just decide between KDE and GNOME.
Edit: you could also install Fedora in a virtual machine to try things out beforehand.

I have the tube for years now and can’t imagine why would I need the Pro version. 32-bit only? It has the same chip.
I’m also happy with it, but when selecting a media player today, I’d get one with hw AV1 decoding.
Maybe a next-gen chromecast, if there will be a version with an ethernet port.
There is nothing wrong with gog or epic. Even xbox is fine.
