LGBT has always been a target.

The “good guys” still (chemically) castrated one of their greatest minds that won the war for ten, just because he happened to like dicks.

Theres a reason people wanted to reduce the victims of the Holocaust to just being Jewish and ignored all the other groups that both sides wanted to persacute.

They did the same thing this time, target LGBT to build the movement and are now expanded to other groups.

Hopefully everyone stands up while we still have the numbers, otherwise they’ll keep chipping away fringe groups.

    Too fast, too furious…

    https://www.cnn.com/2013/08/27/world/americas/operation-fast-and-furious-fast-facts/index.html

The craziest thing cartels buying guns in America and smuggling them into Mexico isnt that the US government was selling to people they thought were smugglers.

It’s that the people at the gun store are doing the same shit people are doing all over the place.

The used gun market is insane, I know a couple people that constantly buy new guns and sell them less than a year later. They don’t question why some person is willing to buy $200 over new price for a used gun.

And the way the law is structured, that’s in their best interest.

If a random person walks up and asks to buy a gun, you don’t have to ask any other questions as a “private seller” and since you can only get in trouble if you know that person can’t own a gun, the less questions the better.

The “private sale” loophole makes every other gun law just a slight hassle to get around. But no one wants to actually close it.

    Edit:

    It also incentives those sales.

No gun store will pay as much as someone who can’t buy from a gun store.

So to make sure someone ends up with that can legally have it, the seller loses money.

  • Nah, after probation it’s pretty much impossible.

There needs to be like a year of documentation that the employee is just not doing their job.

    Because of the union.

That’s why there’s this big push to resign, every tool they have to reduce the federal workforce begins with the word “voluntary”. Probate employees and contracts have reason to be nervous tho.

Even closing USAID, it stops the work they’re doing, but they’re all gonna get huge severance checks or settlements if it really closes. It’s not like the private sector where it’s individuals fighting a billion dollar corparion. It’s multiple unions that are individually some of the largest in the country whose only reason for existence is knowing an incredibly confusing system of decades of regulations…

Versus a couple teenager and college drop out techbros with zero idea what they’re doing.

  • Propaganda doesn’t mean “completely false”.

Like, they could have received huge bonuses from the IDF to “rejoin” with a cushy desk job.

But reported as their desire to place themselves in danger to defend Israel, which could sway public opinion when Israelis are mostly over it and will vote Bibi out of office the second he stops postponing elections due to his genocide.

Even if it’s true, I got a cousin who’s convoy got blown up in the ME as a US Marine. And he was the only survivor.

For over a decade the only thing he’s wanted is vengeance, to go back overseas and get “them” back.

That might be what’s happening here, but it would be a terrible fucking decision for him to go back over there. So he was medically discharged instead.

  • To be clear:

Although the JC includes diverse voices, internal resignations in 2024, including high-profile writers like David Baddiel and Jonathan Freedland, followed the publication of articles that were later determined to be fabricated. These articles, authored by freelance journalist Elon Perry, included claims about Israeli operations in Gaza that lacked credible sourcing and were subsequently retracted by the publication. The controversy led to the resignation of prominent columnists Jonathan Freedland, Hadley Freeman, and David Aaronovitch, who cited concerns over the newspaper’s editorial standards and the decision to publish unverified information.

    https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/the-jewish-chronicle-jc-bias-and-credibility/

This is a known propaganda source and no one should believe anything coming from in regards to Israel’s genocide of the Palestinian people.

Propaganda is dystopian as fuck tho, so I guess I’m eaving the article up.

  • I come from hillbillies, so technically I owned a rifle and a shotgun before I was ever born.

But I never went thru the hassle of getting a CCW and small pistol to carry.

But shits fucking crazy these days. Like I’ve lived in some rough areas, and had plenty of people show me their gun as intimidation since I was a punk teenager. But I was never seriously worried about getting shot, people had something to lose and I was never doing something that was worth it.

Nowadays people with a good job and family are just firing off over incredibly minor shit.

Everyone is just willing to throw it all away over nothing.

I really think we’re gonna find out COVID caused similar issues to lead poisoning even among minor cases with no symptoms. People just have no chill, and everyone and their mother is strapped here now.

I also got my gas mask with NATO cartridges

You really don’t need it. Tear gas in an open environment is not bad, you move 10 feet away for a few minutes.

People will tell you tennis rackets is the move, but that could lead to serious charges if used to hit one back at cops.

What you need is buckets. They fire a can, you cap it. If you do have to retreat, someone will likely (completely on accident and without any malice) knock it over releasing the tear gas and slowing the cops.

  • Got my CCW after trump won in 2016, didn’t end up needing it

Got plates after this one, I’m not going to be a protest without it and a rifle.

It sounds like an escalation, but a show of force prevents a lot of violence, and it works especially well on the people we’re protesting. Like, that’s not a dig. Due to brain differences it’s harder to win over the right by appealing to empathy or facts and logic.

Everyone that works on is already mostly on our side.

What works on conservatives is fear of immediate consequences. You think a trumpet would drive into protesters when a dozen would actually open fire and make them legit “fear for their lives”?

Hell, they overrun the Capitol because cops just had Glocks and riot gear…

These days a protest ain’t safe unless people are posted up.
