By that logic, the NY Times should be banned as a source. They’re opinion section is chocked full of basically the pro US point of view and defending Israel (including a memo advocating genocide denial). One-sided coverage, poorly sourced, nakedly biased, it all applies to them, too.
Allowing sources from all points of view, as long as the facts are true, seems better than picking and choosing due to bias. Even these “centrist” institutions have their own biases.
It’s the new red scare basically.
Isn’t the rest of his cabinet picked based off winning a contest, being a family member, or having tits?
Tbh, I have trouble binge watching most shows. I can’t watch more than 2 or 3 of the same show at a time. Idk why I have trouble with it more than others. After, I usually have to switch to a different show, or a different activity, like video games.
At last, a city builder purely focused on trains.
I remember loving this game. It was one of those games that made me sit quickly and think a when I finished it, like a good book or movie.
Does it have a mobile app? That’s the main way I use Lemmy now.
Is that for Android or Apple?
Everyone in this thread is suggesting Mbin, so I might try that. Sounds like it’s a fork of Kbin that actually solved a ton of its federation issues with Lemmy.
I wish I could do that. It sounds so risky, though lol. But all the power to you. That’s amazing.
But I don’t think this startup would help. The poor neighborhoods would still have less to invest. Privatizing taxes would just make the poorer neighborhoods worse and the richer neighborhoods nicer.
I remember watching Her right after going through a big break up. That one really hit hard. Great movie, though.
Those two things seem like they’d be connected…
It’s not working for me on Sync at least.
Oh wow! I’ve always wasted to play this game.
I didn’t know own a Dreamcast myself but had always wanted to.
The games that sounded most interesting were my friend talking about Sonic Adventures. There was also a magazine I owned with a feature on Phantasy Star Online, and man, it made me so jealous. It sounded so cool! I couldn’t believe we had the technology for an MMO on a console at the time lol.
It’s still going?
That is hilarious. I can imagine it with perfect clarity lol
