I run graphene on several devices and recommend it. I do not participate in much discussion about it through. You can just use the best we got in android and be fine with that.
Discussion forums are the same all over I think. I don’t see much difference around graphene here on Lemmy or XDA forum.
I kind of followed Ylva Johansson on this issue and more. I am 100 % sure that what she was saying and what she belived is completely different. She is smart. She was also completely destroyed when confronted with IT security people. She is really in the pocket. From the tech point you can always install lineage and your phone will be “new” in the eyes of the app and company. Or request a yubikey or a similar, that’s what my company uses. Security wise company stuff should be done on company hardware. And obviously they should pay for stuff needed to do your job.
If you update your phone it will at least be more secure than an outdated 2020 phone. So that’s what I would do if I did not want to change phone and did not care about hardware security.
Instead they should just work for all those good companies that’s everywhere under capitalism. Workers don’t have a say in company policy and companies are as bad as they can be. The fact that nestle murder more people than Fazer , isn’t about that one is more “evil” than the other, it’s what they can get away with. Evil is a childish concept.
I had a need for one piece of corporate windows program once. Installed Windows AME , only way to really get rid of all crap. All the debloating software and scripts get easily reversed by windows otherwise.

Yea AA works as I said. For GPay “huge inconvenience /s” Just get a case with room for your cards , issue resolved. I said it was lazy ,pointing out one small thing like that is just trying to find something to blame, imho.
But if you really want Gpay, get a ROM and flash gapps on it . Mileage may vary so check your phone and roms.

I never used stock OS on pixels but of what I read it is a world of difference with something better on them.
I never had any issues on GOS , basically everything works even without sandboxed Google. For the few things that don’t I keep it in a separate profile. (Which really is separate in contrast to stock)
