If you are using Firefox just go to the github repo that someone linked above, go to “Releases” and then download the clean-latest.xpi file. Firefox will install it for you.
If using Chrome, I would guess it to be the same, but the right file would be the .crx one.

You could add more trackers to the torrent using a list like the one on github hosted by ngosang.

Have a look at the eMule-project forum. It’s a little bit of work to set up the first time, and you have to find a good list of servers to download from, but it’s great for older content.
