Your brain has rotted.
Your brain has rotted.
How do you square what you’re saying with the very easy to find data (look it up) that says that trans people are disproportionately killed by a large amount and the easy to find laws being passed around the US using taxpayer money to specifically target trans people by denying them recognition and healthcare?
When trans people “relax the fuck out and just live life” they end up being denied jobs, medicine, and sometimes their life by bigots. What do you think they’re supposed to do?
I mean, in the Bible it’s explicit that Jesus knew Judas would betray him and didn’t do anything about it whether he told him to or not. Not much explanation for that except that a martyr story is a much more powerful message.
My cat likes me to pour a little bit of water into hard food and then he licks up the water until it gets absorbed by food.
I really really like Quorn (or however it’s spelled) as a chicken substitute. The flavor has to be added artificially but I think the texture is pretty satisfying and reminds me of chicken.
It’s so sad, because veganism is a good force in our culture. Look at all of the vegan meat alternatives and more and more restaurants that have to have at least vegetarian options in certain areas. That wasn’t a thing 20 years ago.
Vegan diets help the environment and improve health. But many vegans get this brain rot, probably a consequence of a superiority complex where they have to police everything around them. It happens in a lot of communities.
I’m not a vegan. But the idea has me eating less and less meat every year.
ALL AMERICA IS FREE AMERICA. IF IT AINT FREE, IT AINT ME. 🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🍔🍔🍔
Peloton is designed for rich people. They don’t say it explicitly because thar ruins the illusion, but the bike is meant to be a status distinction. You may only own it if you’re eager to be seen as someone who spends too much money on an exercise bike.
Yeah we’re baffled about how kids get sucked into worshipping Elon Musk or Jeff Bezos, but I remember a brief time in my life when I thought Steve Jobs was the greatest and that he singlehandedly invented the iPhone with a rusty pair of pliers and gumption.
Pronounce the “g” like in “gif”
Not me, but it would be fun to live 3 times.
I want in not knowing anything and I just assumed that it was supposed to mimic the tropes of those bad 1980s anime, which would be something Rick and Morty would absolutely do. This article suggests that none of it was intentional and it was supposed to be a “good” show. I’m not so sure but it makes a compelling argument.
God fucking damn genius.
I’m fiscally conservative and socially disfunctional
I don’t know the song very well, is there something specific or is just about how depressing a night drinking in the 7-11 is?
Much more likely that the guy had some trait that she didn’t like that was much more hurtful and/or she knew the guy would not react to being told about the trait well. Better to just confuse the guy with some arbitrary insult and cut the relationship off.
That or she was cheating
Most likely this is fake.
I think romance in fiction is really hard to do well because you somehow have to get across the fact that every romance is different, unique, and often doesn’t make too much sense except to the people involved.
A “realistic” romance can be realistic to the author but be filled with very idiotic choices that makes the reader find the romance not realistic at all
Similarly, an “ideal” romance might be written as perfect for the author and certain readers feel it’s the least romantic thing in the world.
This looks like a lose-lose but all I’m trying to say is that regardless of what you pick, to me, the most important aspect is getting across that this relationship is entirely between the two characters and difficult to get across to the reader. That’s why, to me, romances in stories often work when they aren’t the main plot as it lets the reader fill in the gaps of how that romance evolved.
I don’t understand, their phrase was identical to yours.
Up until someone makes depression simulator and gamifies it into an addictive engaging game.
