Yeah I’ve read all the books up to The Vanished Man now. Initially I did chose them because I love the movie and every one so far has been great.
I don’t know what I’m doing but I’m here now…

I finally finished The Vanished Man after 3 attempts at starting. The book was great but I just couldn’t get myself to focus long enough to get in to it properly but it was a really good read.
Next is Slow Horses and I’ve managed to get stuck in straight away on this one. I really enjoy the TV series so looking forward even more to the books.
Spending hours online either on Phantasy Star Online or in the Dreamarena chat rooms.
Getting Shenmue and Shenmue II on launch days was a special time.
It’s been a few years but I remember some unofficial patches that improved the game for modern times.
I say it’s worth a watch. Also when it comes to movies/tv and books it’s best not to compare them too much and just take them for what they are individually.
Actually looks like a nice bit of kit but not for £20.
Have a look at the Fractal Design Pop Silent case, it is matt black with zero LEDs or glass. I have one myself and it’s a great looking case.
As for upgrading a workstation it’s easily doable but it depends on the size of the case and getting a suitable 75w GPU.
Biggest for me would be going online with the Dreamcast. At home I was online with the DC before we had a PC so used it quite a lot.
I probably spent to much time on Dreamarena chat rooms and playing PSO with randoms.
I enjoyed the 1st season, couldn’t finish the 2nd and didn’t even realise there was a 3rd and 4th.
The jump to 4k for gaming is quite significant.
What GPU do you have your eye one at the moment? And what kind of games?
Thanks for this.
One of the best.
Too soon…
What makes me happy though is the Dreamcast is still going strong today with fan translations, indie games (and more) and online play.
Sega was their own worst enemy
Arguably they still are today. Can’t stop being a fan though!
It seems that most, if not all, are what we had here in the UK.
The books have been in my “to read” list for so long now but I’ve never read past the first page…
There are so many reasons why it failed but we all love it so.
Some good nostalgia and my god they wouldn’t dare see the light of day anymore.
Qwant but sometimes DuckDuckGo.
I have a Kobo and it’s great but I go though cycles of wanting to read physical books too.
