I see why you have a positive view on Valve / Steam. However, while this can be the case for many people, it still doesn’t adress what is typically criticised.

One is that they take 30% of the money, which can be described as incredibly high, compared to other paltforms like Epic Games (12%). Is it justified just because they have the same service as any big company has? I don’t know.

I think there is much room for discussion about this, however, I won’t discuss it any further here, because brainless people just downvote my comment.

My fault, I watched a review where it was said that you can only play steam games, but I see that this isn’t true. You can indeed play all your PC games or whatever

What? Where have you been that you have this kind of opinion? It’s basically the same as reddit: You do have your bubbles, you do have open minded communities, you also have closed minded communities. Your experience is therefore dependend on where you go.

For example: Joining a vegan server to say “meat is great” will lead to a shitshow. But that’s not supprising and it’s not because Lemmy per se harbors militant people.

Would you not agree that he has a tool of influence with X? I see that as the main aspect of why you’d still buy twitter, even though he knew he wouldn’t earn money with that.

I like the idea from a roleplaying-POV.

However, as someone who loves to play medic since BF2, I can tell you that I’d stop playing supportive (medic) if they’d remove the guns from the class. It sounds like it’s just half as fun.

Why. The child would only then not get everything it needs when the mother doesn’t get everything she needs. That’s a concern that people should have for every diet. Now when you think that you might not get every nutrient, then just make some research and look into what’s important. You can find so much information about it. It’s not a reason to pay for animals to suffer and die when there is no necessity right?

Break it for the child’s sake? What do you mean by that? As long as you keep it safe for the child, there is no issue and therefore no reason to not be vegan during pregnancy

For me, the questions is rather “what supplements do you consider a ‘must take’ during pregnancy” :)
