We literally just got Android 15!
I’m now using Fedora CoreOS which can be deployed from config files. It’s really neat to be able to define everything the way you need it and just start up the VM with no further config necessary. I’m using podman to manage my services.
They have an Nvidia version; although it should be mentioned that Nvidia doesn’t always play nice with Wayland. If you use X11 with Nvidia instead, it’s a much better experience and you still get most of the benefits of using Bazzite.
Personally, I switched to AMD due to the better Linux support. Wayland on AMD is fantastic.
If you are running Windows […]
and
from June 2015 until the present, affecting v3.2.1 through v5.0.0 inclusive. The behaviour does not appear to be replicated for other OS variants
I also ran Pop for a couple of years before moving to Bazzite. Bazzite has KDE, Wayland, and can run .deb software through distrobox. It’s the best.
I use a lot of comments in config files, and in the past I’ve also used bookstack to make documentation (something I should probably do again). You’re right that docker (especially docker compose) has helped with this immensely.
Bummer, that’s strange.
Just took a glance at the settings in Read You, it seems like you might be able to use it locally. Might be worth a try.
I use FreshRSS (a self-hosted RSS aggregator) with Read You (for Android) and have Techdirt and Cascade PBS working, I actually just added Cascade PBS today. Of course this might require you to self host FreshRSS, but FreshRSS is well worth it.
Looking at the feeds, they seem pretty standard. I’m surprised your app isn’t accepting them.
Glad to hear! :)
It was already forked as classicpress.
If only we could give 5.6 billion to public transit.
There are many different ways, but personally (and hopefully I don’t get crucified for saying this) I use Plex and Plexamp. Plexamp has got to be the best music app I’ve ever used. I even tied it into Last.fm to get recommendations for new music based on my listening.
You’d need to set up Plex media server to go this route: https://support.plex.tv/articles/200264746-quick-start-step-by-step-guides/
Personally I host via Docker.
It might be a little overkill if you don’t have other media, though, and it’s not fully open source.
Paper towels are able to absorb water because of cellulose’s natural gaps and spaces:
Most bacteria are about 1 micron, and these gaps range from around 1-10 microns.
Especially if damp, it can be argued that they don’t stop the transfer of bacteria. It’s possible that your bacteria transfers through it and vice versa. This is all before the fact that paper towels can already harbor bacteria on their own.
That being said, paper towels do block some. You just shouldn’t think of them as sterile or a magic blocker for bacteria.
I have bad news, most (?) paper towels, toilet paper, and even the toilet seat covers are microscopically transparent, meaning there are plenty of gaps for microbes to get through.
Friends don’t let friends drink Starbucks.
I mean, if you took what I said as a personal attack I don’t know what else to say. Are you sure it’s me that needs to get a grip?
Most of Amazon’s revenue comes from AWS (a tech company), therefore Amazon is appropriately called a tech company.
What a dumb hill to die on. Are you anti-labor or something? This will affect all of amazon, and AWS is one of the largest tech companies out there. If you don’t want this post on your feed, I invite you to hide it or block OP. The votes clearly show the community doesn’t agree with you and that they don’t mind this on their feed.
They weren’t kicked out, iirc. Their contributions just aren’t automatically merged anymore
