Hexbear users aren’t trolls and their personas aren’t leftist. They’re literally just reactionary conservatives claiming that reactionary conservative positions are left wing. Watch them defend capitalist Russia as though the Berlin Wall never fell, watch them deny genocide of Uyghurs, watch them say not to vote so that Trump can win the presidency and bomb the west bank. Then watch them call their capitalist, genocidal, zionist positions left wing.
I don’t think they’re being dishonest about the content of their political views, I think their reactionary, borderline fascist positions are entirely genuine.
