Is there already an implemented way to change the touchpad to left click with a single finger and right click with two fingers? I want to try out cosmic de on a spare computer but this is something that is bothering me

wl_touch support is being worked on and I think this is the part that will make it possible! Right now there’s not a possibility to even disable the touchpad, I guess it’s all tied to GDM because if you disable the touchpad while you’re in the login screen, it’ll be disabled in COSMIC too.

Single tap/click for left click and two finger tap/click for right click work right out the box for me on my laptop.
There is also an option in the Gnome Settings application to configure this.
Thanks! But I wasn’t clear enough. It works in gnome just fine. I was referring to the new cosmic de they’re implementing.
Gnome tweaks allows to change this
sorry, I needed to be more specific. It works in gnome, but I wanted to test the new cosmic de System76 is developing
