    I doubt a president getting arrested is that big of a history compared to abolishing slavery or a war.

    It will be a footnote, or a quiz question for sure. But nothing more.

        No pictures of that were in any textbooks I had. Things that paint the US in a negative light tend to be glossed over in US schools - at least, they were when I was in it ages ago. Can’t imagine that’s changed much.

          Bruh, I’m pretty sure your textbooks covered Watergate, assuming you went to school after it.

          Now, maybe your school and/or teacher sucked and tried to cram it into their one hour coverage of Vietnam, but it was in there, I promise.

          (Unless you went to a religious school, then I’ll believe any claim you make but note that it isn’t typical)

            I said that picture wasn’t in there, and “glossed over” doesn’t mean there was no negativity at all. Yes, Watergate was mentioned.
