I work for a church. Internally, the staff refer to the December 23rd service as “Christmas Adam” because Adam came before Eve. They think it’s hilarious… and I put up with it.
What about christmas Lilith?
She arrives if and when she pleases
Or as we call it in Norwegian:
- Teensy tiny Christmas Eve
- Little Christmas Eve
- Christmas Eve. Or just Christmas!
- The first Christmas-day, or recovery day
In Finnish we just legit have a word for eve’s eve (aatonaatto), although it’s usually only used at Christmas.
